Jedľa srienistá (v črepníku 90 L)
vzpriamene rastúci mrazuvzdorný kužeľovitý hustý ihličnan. Má ostré pevné modrozelené lesklé ihličie, ktoré je zospodu bielozelené. Na jar sú jeho mladé výhonky bledozelené a nádherne kontrastujú so starším ihličím. Strom sa takto stáva dvojfarebným. V staršom veku vytvára zelené alebo bledomodré šišky dlhé 8-12cm. Dorastá do V 15-30m a Š 5-8m.

In spring is the new foliage light-green, what makes very nice contrast with the old needles. This makes the tree double coloured. Older trees bare on the upper portion of the canopy green or light-blue cones which are 8-12cm. The tree grows up to 15-30m and spreads 5-8m. The needles with lenght 5-8cm are arranged horizontally on the stem. Needles curve up and out at their ends (like a human rib-cage). They are glaucous on both sides giving them a distinctive blue cast.Young trees usually hold their branches to the base of the tree. Older trees however loose the lower one-third of their limbs. White Fir tolerates a wide range of soil types, but prefers ones that are more acidic.
